Film Festival submissions for 2013 Atlanta Horror Film Festival are accepted via Withoutabox, which provides cost-saving, online entry to major film festivals throughout the U.S. and in Europe with one master entry form, allowing you and us to enter your film more quickly and with greater accuracy. This method is free and easy. ENTRY GUIDELINES:
Entry fees must be in US funds. PayPal and Money Orders preferred and should be made out to Atlanta Horror Film Festival. Personal checks are accepted.
ONLINE CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS
Entry fees can be securely paid online via PayPal. Please make payments to festivalleague@gmail.com or click the link. Be sure to mention you paid via PayPal on entry form. A completed entry form and an entry fee must accompany each film or video. Entries must be submitted on NTSC Blu-Ray, DVD, digital file, or via Withoutabox’s Secure Online Screener. Foreign language work must be subtitled in English.

SHIPPING
Cost of shipping exhibition prints to the festival is the responsibility of the entrant. Exhibition copies must be sent to the festival prepaid. The festival can not accept responsibility for damage or loss of materials while in transit. Please use only plastic or bubble pack cases when shipping entries, and try to use as little packaging material as possible to cut down on trash.

CONFIRMATION
Please enclose a stamped, self-addressed postcard if you wish to receive confirmation that your entry has been received. PLEASE do not ask for signature confirmation., although you can ask for delivery confirmation. Feel free to email festivalleague@gmail.com if you would like confirmation of delivery.
SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
Programming decisions are made by the festival directors and our selection committee. If accepted, we will notify filmmakers by email. After acceptance, the presentational format will need to be in our office two weeks before the festival. Be sure to indicate aspect ratio of your film/video as well as any other special screening/presentation information we might need to know. We do not pay rental fees for submitted work that is programmed.
AWARDS
