The Atlanta Horror Film Festival showcases the very best independent films from across the world.
We will consider the very best horror, sci-fi, gore, mysteries, dark comedies, experimentals, creepy, campy films of almost every genre you can imagine!
Although we love traditional horror, we are not attempting to create the typical showcase of blood and guts. We are looking for cutting-edge films that represent the new genre of horror - films that audiences can’t and won’t forget.
We encourage all talented filmmakers to enter their short and feature-length films today for the next Atlanta Horror Film Festival, held August 13 - 15, 2010!

note: shorts are 45 minutes and under.
Entry fees must be in US funds. PayPal and Money Orders preferred and should be made out to Festival League. Personal checks are accepted (if they won't bounce!)
ONLINE CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS
Entry fees can be securely paid online via PayPal. Please make payments to festivalleague@gmail.com. Be sure to mention you paid via PayPal on entry form. A completed entry form and an entry fee must accompany each film or video. Entries must be submitted on DVD. Foreign language work must be dubbed or subtitled in English. In addition to your entry, please enclose any press kits, reviews, or publicity materials. If possible, send a menu-less DVD for screening.
SHIPPING
Cost of shipping exhibition prints to the festival is the responsibility of the entrant. Exhibition copies must be sent to the festival prepaid. The festival can not accept responsibility for damage or loss of materials while in transit. Please use only plastic or bubble pack cases when shipping entries, and try to use as little packaging material as possible to cut down on trash.

CONFIRMATION
Please enclose a stamped, self-addressed postcard if you wish to receive confirmation that your entry has been received. Please do not ask for delivery confirmation, as it creates more work for our poor mail carrier! You can ask for delivery confirmation, however. Feel free to email us at festivalleague@gmail.com if you would like confirmation of delivery.
SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
Programming decisions are made by the festival directors and our selection committee. If accepted, we will notify filmmakers by email. After acceptance, the presentational format will need to be in our office two weeks before the festival. Be sure to indicate aspect ratio of your film/video as well as any other special screening/presentation information we might need to know. We do not pay rental fees for submitted work that is programmed.
AWARDS
Although the art of filmmaking is not competitive, Festival League does give awards to films selected as best in various categories.
RETURN OF ENTRY MATERIALS
Due to the large number of entries received submission materials and videos will not be returned. For specific requests, please contact us.
